5 Rules in Logo Design
This are the 5 steps that I follow when starting logo design. There is no right or wrong way to build a logo but there are a few things that you need to check out and try to do not forget. I’m sure that I forgot something and if you like to say something that is important for logo design please add a comment below.

I wait for a long time with this
cheers~~
Very cool man, you are my idol in cinema 4d.
Thank you very Much!!! really good!!! 5 Stars…!!!!!
Alexander hello! you are great teacher ,I enjoy your tutorials, however, you need to learn English grammar, you have a lot of mistakes
)) best!
You know some viewers here at amateurmedia surprise me on how rude they are. It is obvious that Alexanders first language is not English . I don’t understand why people have to complain about his grammar and his way of speaking. He still delivers great tutorials and many people understand him. I’m upset about the way people do not show their appreciation towards Alexander for his offering to us. He really doesn’t need to demonstrate tips on how to build logos and typography lettering. I believe that people should just keep quiet about negative comments about Alexander. His English is great as long as everyone understands it.
What Carlos Says its all right!!! we are all here to learn the wonderful tutorials of Alexander! Hey man you are best!! Ignore that guy! keep it up
check this out it’s realy good

thanks man!
hey alexander.. u do a great job man.. i like it a lot.. i have practiced each an every tuts available of nick, now jumping over to your site. u prove that design has no language barrier an any race/caste/religion ppl can learn an live it.. take care!!
CARLOS and all the others, I did not intend to offend or anything to Alexander, but if he is engaged in design, in English,he need to pay attention to the grammar. You do not have to act, like you smart, if you do not like the comments, pass by.I thank him for this tutorials, and it was written friendly .
actually.. fuck grammar.. it doesn’t matter as long as you get your point across! especially true with something as visual as graphics and motion graphics..
Alexander, you are great man! I really respect you! no offends )))
He guys I make mistakes even in my language which is Bulgarian, so this is me “mistake is my name”
.
Thanks for the comments I really love to hear some steps which I do not cover or some steps that you use when creating logo design, will be great to check out some real life examples from you guys
Thanks!
so what do you think about my “real life” logo designs then ah?
well,i’m thinking actually about starting a website like Amateurmedia soon,
what do you think Alexander?
I think that anyone that have some skills and knowledge and like to share it will be invaluable. About your work – have a great potential i like it
thanx, but the problem is i’ve no webdesign skills what so ever,&i just hate php, html…etc
but i like the design part of it.
i’ve seen some webdesign work you did before,so are you a web designer as well?
how did you manage to learn all that boring crap lol?(coding)…boring isn’t it?
I use a flash mainly for a web, but my site is wordpress so is easy for me to manage it
Zino I would prefer that you use wordpress to manage your site as Alexander does. It is a lot easier to work with. There are many free templates you can use and there are many tutorials on how to design them. Here is a great site that you can use to help you get started…
http://hv-designs.co.uk/
This site is one of my personal favorites.

Just came across your work, very insightful and great to see you have a vast technical- typographic knowledge to back up all your great work. As well as informative the type skits are great and i just love this type with a curved (beveled) face, I fell into 3D but have always wanted to create a curved face to catch more of the reflection.. It would be great to see a tutorial on this, or is quite a simple process? Much Appreciated. D
Hey thanks, you can check this tutorial where I setup the text just like you wish with a wide angle over the Phong tag and you have the result – catching more reflections over your type.
Much appreciated Alexander, ive learnt alot of technical skills off your tutorials but this gives me a better understanding of the phong tag and its use. It slows the performance of cinema down a fair bit i find, but the phong can always be added last i guess. thanks for getting back to me pal.
thx u
amazing vid ! thanks man
Nice sum up. Thanks bro!
please the Msuic what’s name the Music ou artist thnx
Excellent tutorial, Alex!
(you got only one typo in your presentation text…the word “choise” should be “choice”)
Tip: if you have any difficulties with checking your grammar or spelling…then Google it, mate!
Thank you for sharing your typography with us! Rock!
