100F Logo Design
Here is my last logo design I made for my friend Boris Stoev who run a web design services over brand name “100F”. Knowing the man and him work for me was easy to get the look that he will like and define the services that provides. The best thing in the final project is that I finish with a shape that imitates 100F letters and I know is a little hard to read but if you see it ones you’ll remember it it is a crazy shape 
If you have advices I’ll love to here them here.
And here I thing without the squares in the 00 is better, but may be you will say better.

I can always appreciate designs that step way outside the box but I really think this one is to hard to read. I still think your in a fine direction but it needs to still be simplified. Kind of like how you simplified it already from the top to bottom. The bottom is better. Maybe you remove the bulge at the corners of the 0′s and seperate them from the 1 and F so there is space. Could make it legible and still unique as a logo mark.

The last design is a bit more visible, however I would still believe his company to be named “Media Design” just by quickly glancing at these… These would be a great beginning stance if they animated & ended up with a clear final look.

I really like the concept. Awesome. However I have to agree that its a bit hard to decipher. If I didn’t know that it was supposed to be 100F then I wouldn’t have recognised it.

Yeah I think thats a fail at a really good logo. Not a good design and very hard to read. What is the reason for intersecting everything and making it impossible to read, even when I know what the actual company name is, I still can barely see that in the logo. I sure wouldn’t pay for it. Not saying your not a good designer but I dont know how you came up with that concept and decided to stick with it. Much rather other stuff I seen you do!

What if you will connect only the last “0″ (zero) with the F. This way you might simplify the “1″ and the second “0″.
I guess that if the viewer has a hint when he starts reading he might catch the idea.
I agree with the last few people. I think if you had the exact same silhouette but without the “1″ and “f” connecting to the “00″s (which is clever, but I think is what makes it the most confusing) that could make it a lot more easy to tell that it’s a 1 and an f and still look cool and like a custom type.
Even if you disconnected the 1 and F, and then closed the 00′s also so they didn’t have that loop, it would still look nice and symmetrical.
i am really satisfied with he services provided by logocheffs.

Hey Alexander. It’s a pity the logo is unreadable. But the idea is great. Probably the english speaking people can’t understand what is this all about but I’ll try to explain. “100F” in Bulgarian, or Russian sounds similar to the second name of the Boris. I mean Boris Stoev. So 100 sounds like STO and F sounds like EV. 100F = STOEV. That’s the main idea of this logo… )

Hey, ladies and gents, i am the client for this Logo.
The Idea behind it is to stop the changes on my corporate design.
Every time i make a logo for me, i find it a month later not good enough.
This is a result of my self-critical attitude toward my work. So i taught: if i let my old friend and colleague Alexander make a logo for me, I would avoid my self-critical attitude and for always and forever be happy with my new logo.
And well… i should say he obviously did a REALLY GREAT JOB.
I know the problem with the readability is actually present.
But that doesn’t matter, underneath the logo,as a part of it, will stay anyway the text “100f Media Design”.
The recognition factor has in this case the highest priority. This was already fixed in the briefing about the logo.
So one more time Alexander did a outstanding creative work.
I am 100% satisfied with the result and REALLY HAPPYYYY. YAY!

hey man looks dope. I would just define the “1″ a little bit more, it looks like a tisten for a T. like if you cut off or made the 1 flush that would be baller. dont know if someone already said that, didnt care enough to read through all the comments. but youre rad, keep it up.

I love the logo! Very beautiful blue hue with a very beautiful and subtle gradient.
The second one is far better and easier to understand and it will also reproduce better on small media like business cards and letterhead.
Also, I believe the reason most people are saying that it is a bit hard to read is perhaps because the inside corner of the zeros is square – what if you were to round the corner of the ” r ” formed by the negative space inside the zero? Do you think that helps?
Once again, adore your wonderful tutorials – you are very talented.

We have to respect peoples opinions and all, but im going to have to say that its tite. There’s no need deciphering since its a logo. Just becoz u cant read 100F immediately don’t mean it makes it any less meaningful. You client was happy for a reason. Correct me if im wrong, but its what matters most when your doing contracts…. AWESOME BRO

I think this logo have a redability problem…in fact it is so hard to read…when I saw the name, which is 100F even knowning this, it was hard for me to read it…the first character has the same dimension of the last character…the first character could be read as a 7 not as a 1…still it is so good you post this kind of work, so you will find very different opinions…in the other hand I think you are a very good designer and have a great stuff here.
